TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Supporting the Sales team to bring on new clients by researching prospects, delivering compelling reasons to meet, and qualifying leads to book appointments with an accent on using sales tools and building a targeted pipeline. Focus on cold outreach and follow-ups while learning the product and sales process that drive performance-based opportunities.

Location: Oakland, California, United States (hybrid: in office M/W/Th; work from home Tu/Fr)

Salary: $91,000 OTE (expected hourly rate: $28.37)

hirify.global provides software that helps law firms, government agencies, and corporations sift through large volumes of documents for litigation and investigations.

What you will do

  • Learn hirify.global’s software and customers to better target prospects and present hirify.global’s value.
  • Develop proficiency with sales tools including LinkedIn Navigator, Salesforce, and Outreach.
  • Collaborate with SDRs and Account Executives to qualify leads and book appointments.
  • Use product knowledge to reach out to potential customers and educate them on hirify.global’s value proposition.
  • Own understanding of pipeline and target objectives, including continuous training from Sales Enablement.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in SaaS sales lead generation via social channels, email, and cold-calling (or similar experience).
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with enthusiasm, energy, and poise.
  • Strong motivation and ability to work through rejection in a fast-paced environment.
  • Authorization to work in the United States; hirify.global is not sponsoring U.S. employment visas for this role.

Nice to have

  • Industry experience in SaaS or eDiscovery.
