What you will do

• Conduct quality audits at job sites to ensure efficient route work completion.
• Perform NIM job audits post-construction to identify reliability issues and provide improvement recommendations.
• Assist mechanics with troubleshooting and provide on-the-job technical training.
• Review accounting reports to monitor route profitability and provide management feedback.
• Coordinate safety training and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local industry codes.
• Provide technical input to sales staff regarding repair work scope, labor, and material costs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Houston, TX
• Thorough knowledge of the construction industry and general management skills.
• Ability to interpret complex technical instructions, mathematical data, and diagrams.
• Strong communication skills for reporting, contract proposals, and customer interaction.
• Experience in managing departmental operations or equivalent combination of education and experience.
