What you will do

• Drive net revenue through proactive VIP sales tactics and promotion of VIP services.
• Manage and deliver the signature VIP experience in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with premier players to increase loyalty.
• Track and improve VIP sales metrics to support customer engagement, market share, and net revenue.
• Execute VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming policies.
• Compile and analyze player data to identify trends and maximize player performance; participate in escalations to ensure timely resolutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5 years of experience in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
• Proven success implementing strategies that improve operational efficiency.
• Knowledge and ability to increase revenues and control expenses.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on improving the player experience.
