What you will do

• Shape and execute short- and long-term strategies for full-funnel digital marketing campaigns.
• Plan, build, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Paid Social, YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic channels.
• Drive performance through structured testing, audience strategy, and continuous budget management.
• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to align content with performance insights.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize outcomes using data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital/performance marketing.
• Relevant education in digital marketing and/or business administration.
• Hands-on experience with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Programmatic platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel.
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Smartly.
• Fluency in Finnish.
