What you will do

• Design and animate UI motion for new features, screens, and interactions across client apps.
• Partner with product designers to translate static concepts into interactive, animated prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineers to hand off motion specs, ensuring timing, easing, and physics are implemented as intended.
• Build and maintain a motion design system and library to ensure consistency across the product.
• Rapidly prototype interaction ideas to validate the feel of a feature before full engineering investment.
• Balance creative polish with technical constraints, including performance and platform guidelines.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in UI/interactive motion design.
• Expert proficiency in After Effects and fluency in prototyping tools such as Principle and Figma.
• Proven track record of collaborating with engineers to ship production-ready motion.
• Strong grasp of animation principles and platform motion guidelines for iOS, Android, and Web.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to hit deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.
• A portfolio demonstrating shipped UI/interactive motion work.

Nice to have

• Experience in 3D Animation or Design.
• Portfolio including non-UI Motion Graphics.
• Basic knowledge of coding or scripting.
