What you will do
- Concept, design, and produce high-performing static and motion assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, and Search.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling visual narratives that maintain brand consistency and drive performance.
- Collaborate with creative strategists and account teams to refine campaign concepts through production.
- Adapt and optimize creative assets across multiple formats, ensuring technical accuracy and quality.
- Iterate on creative variations for performance testing based on campaign data and insights.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, brand guidelines, and reusable templates to support scalability.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 4–6 years of experience in digital, graphic, or motion design, ideally within performance marketing or agency environments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong skills in motion design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Experience working with Figma and presentation tools such as Google Slides or PowerPoint.
- Deep understanding of paid social platforms, digital ad formats, and creative best practices.
Nice to have
- Experience with 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
