What you will do

• Monitor campaign metrics and prepare weekly performance reports to identify optimization opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to support leadership with digital trend briefs.
• Act as a primary contact for labels and data teams to provide necessary campaign tools and insights.
• Coordinate growth projects from initial planning through to final results.
• Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and general team administration for the SVP.
• Assist in creating pitch materials for platform partners and coordinate follow-ups.

Requirements

• Initial experience in data analysis and visualization (via internships or university projects).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in calendar management and administrative support.
• Ability to multitask under tight deadlines and handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Must be based in London (minimum 4 days/week in-office).
