Salary: €50,100 – €55,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process for assigned entities.
• Lead statutory closing activities and validate vendor financial data.
• Process and allocate supplier payments accurately and on time.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing and interact with external auditors.
• Maintain accounting records and support VAT and indirect tax compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Financial Accounting.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience managing end-to-end Accounts Payable processes.
• English proficiency: B2 level minimum.
• Must be based in or able to work in Berlin, Germany (hybrid setup).

Nice to have

• Fluency in German.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, or Business Central.
• Understanding of indirect taxation (VAT).
• Experience with other ERP systems.
