What you will do

• Process and manage incoming invoices for German and Swiss regions, maintaining the creditors ledger.
• Execute weekly supplier payment cycles and manage short-term cash flow forecasts.
• Support VAT return preparation and perform monthly reconciliations of the fixed asset register.
• Administer procurement via the Yooz platform and resolve synchronization errors with NetSuite.
• Manage employee expense reimbursements and conduct T&E analysis.
• Execute month-end tasks including accruals, prepayments, and depreciation schedules.

Requirements

• Experience in finance operations with hands-on exposure to AP, treasury, and month-end processes.
• Proficiency in both English and German (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with ERP and expense platforms.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Cologne office.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet recurring deadlines.
