What you will do

• Resolve recurring or standard hardware and software problems for customers and 3rd party vendor technicians.
• Track incidents daily and weekly to analyze performance and determine recurring faults.
• Provide technical assistance with installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software equipment.
• Allocate engineer appointment times and distribute workload to ensure SLAs are met.
• Manage work orders, provide status updates, and handle escalated support calls.
• Apply troubleshooting checklists and use desktop diagnostic tools to implement fixes.

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Basic PC literacy, keyboard proficiency, and understanding of Windows-based applications.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• High school diploma.
• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.
