🌙 WE ARE HIRING: IT Night Senior Support Specialist
We are looking for a reliable and skilled IT professional to monitor our systems and handle technical support during the night shift.
⏰ Schedule & Location
Location: On-site (Belgrade)
Shift: Night shift (18:00 – 02:00), 5 days per week
Type: Full-time
🚀 Key Responsibilities
Monitor & Respond: Watch the IT support platform for incoming tickets, alerts, and security notifications.
Troubleshoot: Perform initial analysis and fix issues related to Windows, networks, VPNs, VoIP, and user access.
Escalate: Properly route urgent or complex issues to specialized engineering teams based on company guidelines.
Handover: Keep clear documentation and provide detailed handover notes for the morning team.
🛠 Requirements
Language: Professional English proficiency is a must.
Experience: 2–3 years in IT Support, Service Desk, or a technical monitoring role.
Tech Skills: Solid understanding of Windows, networking (DNS/IP), VPNs, VoIP/telephony, and basic security alerts.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently at night.
Pluses: Experience in a NOC/SOC environment, infrastructure monitoring, or using tools like CrowdStrike/VSphere.
