Clinical Data Scientist (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end medical research projects for life science clients.
• Explore electronic medical record data and extract relevant clinical features.
• Apply LLM-based feature engineering to convert unstructured data into clinical insights.
• Support clinical protocol design through data analysis and feasibility assessment.
• Perform statistical analyses and present findings through dashboards, publications, and presentations.
• Develop cross-client data pipelines and build patient cohorts to enrich the healthcare data catalog.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role, including 3+ years in healthcare.
• Experience in client-facing work with pharmaceutical or life sciences companies.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of EMRs and healthcare coding systems such as CPT and ICD-10.
• Excellent analytical, research, and business judgment with a self-motivated, collaborative working style.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS or GCP cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with R, large language models, or data pipelines.
