What you will do

• Create benchmarks and guidelines for total investment tracking and commercial mix allocation.
• Support the organization of Monthly Commercial Meetings.
• Map the current distribution landscape to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Gather 4P best practices across the region to enable sales managers with clear action plans.
• Perform actionable pricing analysis to support the commercial team.
• Optimize and simplify internal processes to create operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Must be a currently enrolled HBO/WO Student (Bachelor/Master) for the entire duration of the internship.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills and a passion for analytical work.
• Strong affinity for the FMCG and beauty industry dynamics.
• Proactive, hands-on approach and strong team communication skills.
