What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day internal IT operations and manage external IT service providers to ensure high-quality support.
• Handle IT onboarding/off-boarding, device provisioning, and technical support for employees worldwide.
• Own the company's internal application and SaaS ecosystem, focusing on license optimization and governance.
• Strengthen IT governance, endpoint management, and asset lifecycles in partnership with Security & Compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement through documentation, automation, and standardization of internal IT processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments and modern workplace technologies.
• Experience supporting cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with identity management (Microsoft Entra ID) and endpoint solutions (Jamf or Microsoft Intune).
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, VPNs, and firewalls.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting security and compliance initiatives such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
• Experience working in high-growth or SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms like Jira Service Management or ServiceNow.
• Scripting or automation skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
