TL;DR
Technical Support & Network Engineer (IoT/Networking): Providing primary technical support and network architecture advice for IoT connectivity with an accent on VPN solutions and industrial hardware configuration. Focus on resolving complex networking incidents, optimizing IPsec VPNs, and ensuring scalable connectivity for millions of IoT devices.
Location: Must be based in Eindhoven and willing to work from the office 5 days per week

What you will do
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers regarding IoT connectivity, networking, and VPN solutions.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues involving SIM cards, mobile connectivity, and hardware configuration.
- Configure and support industrial routers and gateways from vendors like Cisco, Teltonika, and Advantech.
- Implement and troubleshoot IPsec and Remote Access VPN solutions.
- Collaborate with the UK headquarters and internal teams (SysOps, Dev, Sales) to implement structural service improvements.
- Advise customers on solution architecture and identify new commercial opportunities during technical interactions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk environment.
- Solid understanding of IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, Routing, and VPN technologies.
- Experience configuring 4G/5G networking equipment and industrial routers.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language.
- Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Must have own transportation to the Eindhoven office (not dependent on public transport).

- Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls.
