What you will do

• Assist in creating and implementing 360 local marketing strategies to drive growth for Max Factor across Export Europe and Benelux markets.
• Coordinate new product launches, track IMP changes, and communicate updates via monthly newsletters.
• Manage influencer campaigns, including briefing, product shipment, and content review.
• Perform sell-in and sell-out analysis for key markets and proactively identify consumer beauty trends.
• Support assortment management, including product catalogues, distributor requests, and price list updates.
• Develop marketing materials and internal presentations to support cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Currently studying Business, Management, Economics, or Marketing.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Creative flair and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Amsterdam.
