Manager of Simulators, Product Unit Fighter Radar

What you will do

• Develop the vision, roadmap, and goals for simulator development and sustainment.
• Lead the section responsible for high-quality environment simulators supporting fighter radar and software development.
• Further develop existing simulators and build new simulators and emulators for early software testing and verification.
• Maintain radar simulators used for training, testing, early evaluation, demonstrations, and customer support.
• Drive integration with the automated development, test, and verification environment and maintain lab infrastructure.
• Manage, coach, and grow the simulator team while building relationships with internal teams and external customers.

Requirements

• Technical bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in software or technical leadership positions.
• Hands-on software development experience and strong product understanding.
• Genuine interest in system simulation, simulator architecture, and test environments.
• Experience setting development and test strategy, managing budgets, vendors, and contract negotiations.
• Successful completion of security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for security-cleared positions.
