What you will do

• Lead and manage all site activities related to roofing and externals in occupied social housing properties.
• Conduct site inductions, daily briefings, and toolbox talks to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor project progress against the programme and proactively resolve on-site issues.
• Ensure all works meet contractual, regulatory, and safety quality standards.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and operatives to ensure project milestones are met.

Requirements

• Appropriate CSCS Managers card required.
• Valid driving licence required.
• SMSTS certificate required.
• First Aid at Work certificate required.
• DBS check required.
