TL;DR
Product Design Manager (SaaS): Leading the design function for a B2B software product used by global revenue teams with an accent on people management, process establishment, and design quality. Focus on scaling the design team, improving cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering, and driving high-quality user experiences for complex B2B products.
Location: Hybrid - 3 days a week in the Dublin office
Salary: €130,000 - 140,000

What you will do
- Manage and develop a team of product designers, providing direction and leadership.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to align design with strategy and delivery.
- Establish design processes, rituals, and industry best practices to help the team scale.
- Lead the hiring process and support the growth of the design function in Dublin.
- Drive high-quality user experiences across complex B2B SaaS products.
- Act as the primary bridge between design craft, product strategy, and technical execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and developing product designers.
- Strong professional background in product design prior to moving into management.
- Experience working on complex software products, specifically B2B SaaS.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and modern UX/research practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid from the Dublin office.
