Salary: €130,000 - 140,000

What you will do

• Manage and develop a team of product designers, providing direction and leadership.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to align design with strategy and delivery.
• Establish design processes, rituals, and industry best practices to help the team scale.
• Lead the hiring process and support the growth of the design function in Dublin.
• Drive high-quality user experiences across complex B2B SaaS products.
• Act as the primary bridge between design craft, product strategy, and technical execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and developing product designers.
• Strong professional background in product design prior to moving into management.
• Experience working on complex software products, specifically B2B SaaS.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and modern UX/research practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from the Dublin office.
