What you will do

• Own the client automation strategy and execution, including the creation of technical strategies for frameworks and test architecture.
• Make architectural choices for test systems spanning C#, C++, and Unreal Engine Blueprint infrastructure.
• Act as the Product Owner for the automation scrum team, managing deliverables and aligning stakeholders with project priorities.
• Perform hands-on engineering to develop and maintain automated test cases, tools, and frameworks.
• Monitor test infrastructure, analyze automation failures, and optimize runtime performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with online services SDETs to integrate automation with backend services.

Requirements

• Proficiency with object-oriented languages such as C# or C++.
• Experience developing automated tests, frameworks, and test tools.
• Experience with modern game engines, particularly regarding automation and test tooling.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-discipline collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unreal Engine.
• Experience with performance profiling pipelines.
• Experience developing technical roadmaps and staffing plans.
