Director of Data (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead, manage, and grow teams of data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data strategy, policies, and processes.
• Drive the use of data and analytics to inform business decisions and accelerate growth.
• Provide insights and analytics on media acquisition channels, user usage, and product metrics.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy through continuous monitoring and auditing of management processes.
• Promote data literacy and maintain a data-driven culture throughout the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience leading a group of data professionals.
• Experience working within B2C, SaaS, or e-commerce companies.
• Strong background in data analysis, data visualization, and forecast modeling.
• Expertise in SQL and proficiency in Python for data analysis and engineering.
• Experience with cloud-based data management and analytics tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in self-serve enablement through agentic AI tooling.
• Proficiency with Google BigQuery and the Google data ecosystem.
