Data Operations Student (AI)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; on-site shifts including nights and weekends

What you will do

• Monitor system performance, availability, and operational standards.
• Flag, investigate, and resolve urgent incidents, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Prioritize incidents by urgency and impact to support timely resolution.
• Collaborate with R&D, Delivery, and Customer Partner teams on operational issues and process improvements.
• Implement on-call playbooks, monitoring processes, and performance reports to maintain service levels and meet SLAs.
• Prepare regular updates on system performance and incident management.

Requirements

• Availability for 2–3 shifts per week, mainly nights and weekends.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Currently pursuing a technical Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with approximately three semesters remaining.
• Proficiency in SQL; the ability to write complex queries is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to use AI tools to investigate issues independently, find solutions, and optimize workflows.

Nice to have

• Python scripting and Git experience.
• Experience with logs and monitoring systems.
• Experience writing complex SQL queries.
