FinTech Internal Auditor

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in-office

Salary: €4,500–€5,000 gross monthly, plus applicable short- and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Assess controls across the FinTech division, including software development, client success, data management, security, operational monitoring, sales, contracts, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Develop, plan, and execute internal audit programs with business and technology stakeholders.
• Perform data analytics, audit interviews, walkthroughs, and control assessments.
• Translate technical concepts into audit-relevant risks and control evaluations.
• Communicate audit observations clearly and constructively with appropriate business context.
• Use AI and automated audit tools to improve research, analysis, documentation, and workflow efficiency while maintaining professional judgment and audit quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of relevant experience in technology, audit, risk, controls, or a related area.
• Strong interest in technology, software development, and AI-enabled business processes.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with experience handling large volumes of data and information.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Availability to work from the Vilnius office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Professional audit certification such as CIA, CPA, or CISA.
• FinTech or technology industry experience and familiarity with software development.
• Experience building or evaluating agentic AI solutions.
