TL;DR

Lead .Net Fullstack Developer (.NET/React): Designing and deploying scalable fullstack applications and microservices-based solutions with an accent on high-quality software architecture and technical leadership. Focus on building content-driven solutions using Optimizely CMS, optimizing SQL/NoSQL databases, and streamlining DevOps pipelines via GitHub workflows.

Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in the Lisbon office)

Salary: 2.500€ – 2.700€ net monthly

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of fullstack applications using .NET and modern UI frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, ensuring best practices in coding and architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable system architectures and microservices.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs for seamless front-end and back-end integration.
• Deliver content-driven solutions using Optimizely CMS or similar DXP platforms.
• Manage and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases for performance and scalability.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar.
• 5+ years of experience as a C# .NET Developer (.NET Framework / .NET Core).
• Hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS or similar DXP/CMS platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, and REST APIs.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React or Next.js.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core / Web API.
