Salary: EUR 1,475 – 2,450 per month (gross)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain a web-based administration platform for pension and profit management systems.
• Conduct structured code reviews of AI-assisted pull requests to identify defects and improve code quality.
• Provide technical feedback and mentoring to engineers to promote development best practices.
• Evaluate AI-generated code outputs and contribute to the training and refinement of AI models.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to establish quality gates for AI-driven software development.
• Monitor and optimize the PR review lifecycle to increase delivery velocity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with C# and .NET.
• Strong proficiency in ASP.NET Web API and Entity Framework Core.
• Experience designing and developing microservices and modern software architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Angular and NGXS state management.
• Strong MS SQL Server skills, including stored procedures and query optimization.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above.

Nice to have

• Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Application Insights.
• Proven experience in software solution architecture and defining technical standards.
• Customer consulting experience with a business-oriented mindset.
• Experience collaborating directly with Product Management and business stakeholders.
