Senior Technical Account Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: United Kingdom; remote role

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical advisor and solution architect for major enterprise accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with senior technical stakeholders and security leaders.
• Design scalable hirify.global deployments and support complex integration scenarios.
• Lead technical proofs of concept, sales presentations, and responses to RFIs and RFPs.
• Own renewal and upsell pipeline activities in collaboration with the Account Director.
• Represent customer needs in roadmap discussions, quarterly business reviews, and executive briefings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior technical or solution architecture role within cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of vulnerability management, compliance, cloud security, and related security domains.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT and cloud or hybrid environments.
• Excellent communication skills with technical teams and C-level executives.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic accounts in a matrixed organization.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
