What you will do

• Execute financial transactions across multiple payment channels following security protocols and operational procedures.
• Perform daily reconciliation of payment accounts, financial platforms, and ERP records.
• Monitor liquidity across payment accounts and initiate internal transfers, conversions, and funding requests.
• Configure, test, and maintain payment accounts, financial platforms, and payment providers.
• Collaborate with financial partners and payment service providers to resolve operational issues.
• Support automation of payment processes and integrations between financial platforms and ERP/accounting systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, treasury, payment operations, or financial control.
• Experience with payment platforms, financial service providers, or treasury operations.
• Proficiency with 1C or similar ERP/accounting systems.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC principles and financial compliance processes.
• English: B1 level or higher and Fluency in Russian (spoken and written).
• Must be located in Poland.
