What you will do

• Manage day-to-day card operations and monitor transaction queues to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Handle card issuance, activation, replacement, blocking, and maintenance processes.
• Coordinate with external processors, card schemes (Visa, Mastercard), and internal teams to resolve operational incidents.
• Support fraud investigations and maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Analyze operational KPIs and prepare management reports, executive presentations, and business cases.
• Participate in testing new card features and contributing to the continuous improvement of procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in banking, fintech, payments, or card operations.
• Basic understanding of payment cards and transaction processing (Visa, Mastercard).
• Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
• English: Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with card management systems, payment processing platforms, or fraud monitoring.
• Understanding of authorization, clearing, settlement, and chargeback processes.
• Knowledge of mobile wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve productivity and research.
• Strong presentation skills and experience preparing high-quality reports for senior leadership.
