What you will do

• Process, approve, and input payments according to strict control requirements and documentation standards.
• Investigate payment discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and resolve errors.
• Collaborate with clients, investment managers, and internal teams such as Treasury and Banking Operations to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor operational risks and identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency and automation.
• Maintain current procedural documentation and support internal and external audit requests.
• Contribute to global GPS initiatives to strengthen the payment operating model across regions.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of global payment processes, settlement flows, and banking connectivity.
• Proficiency in SWIFT payment formatting; MX experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Postsecondary education in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
