What you will do

• Oversee daily and periodic payment processing, including payouts, refunds, and corrections.
• Monitor payment gateways for transaction success, failures, and liquidity.
• Build, manage, and mentor the Payments team, tracking performance and accountability.
• Manage relationships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), verifying partnership terms and SLAs.
• Ensure payment operations comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements (AML, KYC, data protection).
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement automation tools to reduce manual work and errors.

Requirements

• Experience in payments within high-risk domains.
• Knowledge of PSPs, payment gateways, and operational management.
• Proven leadership experience managing small or medium teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and ability to coordinate with internal teams.
