What you will do
- Verify customer software using technical documentation to ensure high quality and reliability.
- Execute and troubleshoot software builds across various programming languages.
- Perform end-to-end manual and automated testing to validate application features across multiple scenarios.
- Identify, document, and report bugs or inconsistencies to improve user experience.
- Analyze software requirements and technical documentation to understand build processes and dependencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to align on requirements and provide status updates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Linux, Windows, and macOS environment fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of popular backend languages: Python, Java, Node, and PHP.
- Prior experience or understanding of database and server configuration (MongoDB, SQL, MySQL).
- Proficiency with Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose complex software issues.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for team and client collaboration.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of development or DevOps experience.
- Basic knowledge of front-end languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with AWS technologies and API configuration.
- Experience with build tools such as msbuild, webpack, or maven.
