What you will do

• Support the development and continuous improvement of high-performance competition engines.
• Collaborate with builders and engineers on engine builds and dyno testing.
• Analyze engine test data to identify trends and improve performance and reliability.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, build specifications, and drawings.
• Diagnose engine-related issues and support root cause investigations.
• Provide engineering support during national and international events and tests.

Requirements

• BEng or MEng degree in Motorsport Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of internal combustion engines and mechanical systems.
• Ability to interpret technical data and solve complex engineering problems.
• High attention to detail in producing engineering documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software packages.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of engine calibration, combustion, or performance analysis.
• Experience from an industrial placement or Formula Student.
