What you will do
- Deliver virtual instructor-led training sessions and webinars using established curricula.
- Update and maintain learning assets, including learner guides, job aids, and FAQs.
- Develop task-based microlearning content and walkthroughs aligned to customer workflows.
- Coordinate session logistics, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and post-session surveys.
- Collaborate with SMEs to validate content accuracy and incorporate feedback.
- Tailor training modules to specific customer personas, such as administrators or technical users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, education, communications, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer training, support, or enablement within SaaS, technology, or telecommunications.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
- Experience presenting in virtual environments and facilitating Q&A sessions.
- Strong documentation discipline and high attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn product workflows and apply feedback.
