What you will do

  • Deliver virtual instructor-led training sessions and webinars using established curricula.
  • Update and maintain learning assets, including learner guides, job aids, and FAQs.
  • Develop task-based microlearning content and walkthroughs aligned to customer workflows.
  • Coordinate session logistics, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and post-session surveys.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to validate content accuracy and incorporate feedback.
  • Tailor training modules to specific customer personas, such as administrators or technical users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, education, communications, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer training, support, or enablement within SaaS, technology, or telecommunications.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Experience presenting in virtual environments and facilitating Q&A sessions.
  • Strong documentation discipline and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn product workflows and apply feedback.
