What you will do

• Manage import customs declarations, verify shipping documentation, and coordinate with customs brokers.
• Liaise with customs authorities and collaborate with Finance for import tax payments.
• Monitor local laws and regulations related to raw and indirect material imports.
• Track and implement Free Trade Agreements (EVFTA, ATIGA, AK) for preferential tax management.
• Maintain master data including HS codes, article names, and import licenses.
• Coordinate with Logistics teams for delivery from port to warehouses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in import customs clearance in a non-EPE environment.
• Strong understanding of Incoterms and customs processes.
• English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or drug industries.
• Knowledge of UCP and quota/visa procedures.
• Proficiency with SAP.
• Detailed knowledge of FTAs (EVFTA, ATIGA, AK, etc.).
