What you will do

• Source official tax, administrative, and business forms across multiple international markets.
• Format forms into clean, fillable PDFs using Adobe Acrobat, managing field types, alignment, tab order, and validations.
• Ensure consistent form rendering and behavior across desktop, mobile, and the product editor.
• Manage the forms library in a CMS, ensuring accurate categorization, metadata, and discoverability.
• Perform rigorous quality checks to ensure every form ships correctly the first time during a 5-10x scale-up.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate sourcing, formatting, and library operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content operations, document operations, or a similar production role.
• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Acrobat form preparation (field types, alignment, calculations, validations).
• Experience uploading and organizing structured content within a CMS.
• Proven track record of high-accuracy, high-volume production work.
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to boost personal efficiency.
• Location: Must be based in the EU, Georgia, Serbia, Turkey, or Ukraine, or within ± 4 hours of CET.
