What you will do

• Maintain and manage the Non-Financial Risk (NFR) framework as a basis for operational activities.
• Provide 2nd Line of Defense (2LoD) oversight, challenge, and advice to the 1st Line of Defense (1LoD).
• Identify, monitor, and investigate non-financial risks, events, and issues.
• Support the creation and implementation of risk mitigation plans and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with Risk Appetite and report progress to management.
• Encourage risk awareness and accountability across business units.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in bankhirify.global, financial institutions, or Big 4 firms.
• Degree in Accounthirify.global, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in Wholesale Bankhirify.global products, processes, and controls.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to drive initiatives.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and work effectively within a team.
