Tax Supervisor

What you will do

• Prepare and review tax declarations including VAT, Withholding, Stamp, Corporate Income, and Provisional Tax.
• Monitor changes in Turkish tax legislation to ensure full statutory compliance.
• Coordinate tax audits and maintain relationships with external advisors and certified public accountants.
• Support corporate tax matters such as transfer pricing, tax reconciliations, and VAT refund processes.
• Identify tax risks and contribute to the improvement of internal tax processes.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Taxation.
• 5–8 years of experience in taxation.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish Tax Legislation is mandatory.
• Must be located in or within commuting distance of Esenyurt, İstanbul.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of English is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in a large-scale company or an audit/tax advisory firm.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
