What you will do
- Manage collections and debt-related activities for the Turkey organization.
- Support cash application and invoice adjustment processes.
- Handle financial data and document management, follow-up, and direct customer relations.
- Support customers and internal stakeholders with collection-related matters.
- Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to efficient financial operations.
Requirements
- Background in finance or accounts receivable.
- Experience with Excel, reconciliation, and collections.
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in a multinational environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a relevant field.
- Business-level English communication skills are required.
- Residence on the Anatolian side of Istanbul is required; military service must be completed for male candidates.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SAP and Oracle.
- Experience with third-party auditors or customer portals.
- Experience in an international environment.
