Finance Specialist

What you will do

• Manage daily accounting activities, including purchase invoices, expense claims, credit management, and financial postings.
• Reconcile bank, balance sheet, accounts payable, and accounts receivable accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting and support month-end and year-end closing.
• Process payroll and related administration while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare VAT returns and public reporting, and support customs administration and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, authorities, collection agencies, and colleagues across Finance and European locations.

Requirements

• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, payroll administration, or a similar role.
• Relevant education and hands-on experience with accounting, financial reporting, and finance administration.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.
• Understanding of accounting principles, VAT, and financial processes.
• Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken, is required.
• Structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
• Experience in an international business environment.
