Integrated Program Planner (Aerospace)

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Fort Worth, TX. This is a hybrid role requiring occasional on-site presence; must be a U.S. Citizen to obtain a Secret clearance.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and update integrated program schedules using Deltek Open Plan and Milestones Professional.
• Apply critical-path methodology to analyze schedule impacts and produce monthly variance reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to align schedule expectations.
• Support Earned Value Management processes to ensure data meets validation standards.
• Identify planning gaps and lead remediation activities to improve schedule reliability.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Program Management or Business Administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with networked schedules.
• Experience delivering briefings to project teams.
• Ability to commute to the Fort Worth, TX facility for ad hoc requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Deltek OpenPlan.
• Background in Construction Management or Program Management.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
