What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end AI workflows across business teams by integrating data platforms, AI models (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot), and internal applications into production-grade solutions.
• Drive implementation guidance on AI tools, secure vendor/architecture choices, LLM integration, prompt engineering, workflow automation, agentic systems, and intelligent data pipelines.
• Champion responsible AI adoption aligned to security posture, data governance, and multi-country regulatory requirements.
• Build internal AI capability through enablement content (playbooks, workshops, executive briefings, reference guides) and structured training programs embedded into workflows.
• Track optimization and communicate value by monitoring model usage efficiency, system performance, adoption outcomes, and ROI metrics.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing via communities of practice and stay ahead of the AI vendor/tooling landscape to bring best practices inward.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in technology, engineering, or architecture roles, with meaningful AI/ML build exposure in the last 3–4 years.
• Deep working knowledge of modern AI tooling, including LLMs, agentic frameworks, RPA, vector databases, and no-code/low-code automation platforms.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles to identify data risk and build credibility with security-native audiences.
• Exceptional executive communication skills to translate technical AI concepts into business cases for senior leadership.
• Proven ability to drive enterprise change through influence across complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience operating in multi-country organizations with diverse regulatory, cultural, and compliance contexts.

Nice to have

• Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software organizations above $500M in revenue.
• Experience building or advising AI Centers of Excellence or internal innovation programs.
• Published thought leadership or conference speaking in enterprise AI, automation, or digital transformation.
