What you will do

• Create and implement Marketing Playbooks and SOPs for Branding, ATL, BTL, and merchant relationships.
• Oversee the store's visual identity and customer experience to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Develop localized in-store POP merchandising and organize regional events to enhance brand presence.
• Manage and optimize the regional marketing budget to maximize strategic resource allocation.
• Drive site surveys for OOH placement, coordinate with vendors for installation, and conduct routine audits.
• Build relationships with local media for regional press releases and press conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 6-7 years of total working experience, with at least 5 years specifically in marketing, including events and placement.
• Deep understanding of branding concepts and marketing funnels.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and Microsoft Office.
• Must be based in Central Jakarta, Indonesia.

Nice to have

• Retail background and existing relationships with media.
• Ability to create basic designs or utilize AI prompts for design work.
