What you will do
- Moderate reviews and comments across client platforms to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Analyze user feedback to make informed decisions regarding content escalation.
- Engage with customers via public responses, chat, email, and direct messages.
- Identify and report trends, memes, and lingo within customer communications.
- Collaborate with clients to maintain safe and positive app communities.
- Maintain consistent quality, tone, and accuracy across all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and oral).
- 2+ years of experience in moderation, community management, or digital customer service.
- Personal PC/laptop with a working webcam and stable internet connection.
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift on a rotating schedule.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently under pressure.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM or social media management tools like Sprout or Sprinklr.
- Familiarity with creative tools or generative AI tools.
- Experience supporting subscription-based or SaaS products.
