• Handle negative feedback and complex support cases with a human, non-template approach.
• Moderate community spaces to remove spam, bots, and provocations.
• Synthesize user feedback and pain points into structured insights for the product team.

Requirements

• Proven experience communicating with an audience on behalf of a brand.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to maintain empathy and a consistent tone of voice.
• Ability to explain technical concepts like VPNs in simple, accessible language.
• Systematic thinking to turn message flows into clear, actionable insights.
• Understanding of mainstream social media trends and meme culture.
