What you will do

• Lead client kickoff calls to define hiring goals, role requirements, and success metrics.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting pipelines from initial sourcing to final placement.
• Screen and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical alignment with startup clients.
• Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers regarding search progress and candidate feedback.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate documentation in ATS and CRM systems.
• Proactively identify process gaps and recommend improvements to hiring workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle or 360 recruiting experience.
• Experience working with US-based clients or startup founders.
• Background in outsourcing, offshoring, or global staffing environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring searches simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote environments.

Nice to have

• Experience at a boutique recruiting firm or executive search agency.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Experience working with distributed global teams.
