Talent Matching Consultant (Recruiting): Managing full-cycle recruiting searches for high-growth startups, from client intake and candidate sourcing through final placement, with an accent on client relationship management, candidate assessment, and pipeline ownership. Location: Fully remote, with locations listed as the Philippines, Latin America, and global. Core hours are 9 AM–5 PM EST, Monday to Friday.

What you will do
- Lead client kickoff calls to understand hiring goals, team structures, role requirements, success metrics, timelines, and hiring risks.
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout each search.
- Source, screen, assess, and present qualified candidates using structured candidate summaries.
- Own multiple recruiting pipelines from initial sourcing through final placement.
- Provide progress updates, respond to client feedback, adjust targeting strategies, and address risks or delays.
- Track recruiting metrics, maintain ATS and CRM records, and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle or 360 recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for technical, creative, healthcare, administrative, sales, operations, or niche roles.
- Experience working with US-based clients or startup founders and leading client intake or kickoff calls.
- Background in outsourcing, offshoring, or global staffing environments.
- Ability to manage multiple searches, client expectations, professional feedback, and detailed documentation.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills and availability during 9 AM–5 PM EST core hours.
Nice to have
- Experience at a boutique recruiting firm or executive search agency.
- Exposure to startup or venture-backed hiring environments.
- Familiarity with recruiting workflow automation tools and distributed global teams.
- Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or Notion.
