What you will do

• Build and maintain the underlying infrastructure for the developer platform.
• Drive the Storage as a Service strategy to support external developer features.
• Contribute to the full development cycle including technical design, testing, and launch.
• Review code and design documentation while providing feedback on product specifications.
• Mentor and coach engineers to foster strong software engineering best practices.
• Participate in team strategy and planning for future platform features.

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience in backend, infrastructure, or developer tools.
• Proven experience as a technical leader for large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in Go, TypeScript, Redis, distributed SQL, and Kubernetes.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration in a fully-remote US-based environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and self-direction.
• Ability to discuss complex technical topics with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
