Senior Software Engineer (Elixir)

Location: Remote (Preference for TX, CO, NC; exceptions possible for experienced Elixir developers)

Salary: $140,000–$170,000/year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain fullstack features using Elixir, Phoenix, and React.
• Collaborate within a small, high-ownership engineering team of 7.
• Optimize backend services and database performance using Postgres.
• Integrate AI tools like Claude and Codex into the development workflow.
• Contribute to the migration of legacy JavaScript to TypeScript.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle on GCP.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (TX, CO, NC preferred).
• No visa sponsorship available.
• Professional experience with Elixir and Phoenix.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Ability to work across the full stack in a small team environment.
