Manufacturing Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Maintain accurate technical documentation for manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical direction to internal teams and oversee external vendors.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve downtime events and improve equipment efficiency.
• Provide daily support for manufacturing operations and maintenance activities.
• Identify and resolve safety and ergonomics issues on the production floor.
• Develop technical training manuals and facilitate training for team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in an engineering support role within a manufacturing environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no immigration sponsorship provided.
• Working knowledge of high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Ability to work C-shift, weekends, and overtime as required.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Knowledge of CNC machining processes (grinding, drilling, milling, turning).
• Experience with GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis.
• Proficiency with advanced CAD software and statistical analysis.
