What you will do

• Own and evolve the AI Business Operations enablement strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities and business outcomes.
• Partner with Business Operations leaders to identify, prioritize, and guide AI enablement opportunities from ideation through deployment.
• Lead evaluation, selection, and deployment of AI-enabled third-party solutions.
• Define and execute AI compliance strategies, policies, and processes to meet regulatory standards and certifications; manage model risk governance for AI products and internal AI tools.
• Identify and mitigate AI-related risks across the lifecycle, including financial, cyber, and regulatory exposure; conduct third-party vendor risk assessments for the TPRM program.
• Provide executive-level updates on adoption metrics, risk posture, and business impact; support compliance for payments-related regulations and perform compliance reviews for new initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, digital transformation, risk management, enablement, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with governance frameworks, compliance processes, or risk management initiatives in a complex organization.
• Strong cross-functional influence across business, product, engineering, and risk teams.
• English: Fluent written and oral communication in English required.
