TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Boston, MA

Salary: $130,000 - $170,000

What you will do

  • Own the commercial planning and forecasting process, developing annual and quarterly revenue plans.
  • Partner with Growth, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain leaders to identify opportunities and prioritize strategic investments.
  • Translate complex quantitative analyses into compelling, data-driven narratives for senior leadership.
  • Lead the DTC business operating cadence, including business reviews and executive updates.
  • Develop actionable insights to inform pricing, promotional planning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution to ensure organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, commercial planning, business operations, or finance.
  • Proven experience supporting high-growth consumer technology or subscription businesses.
  • Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills with a track record of influencing executive decisions.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead planning processes and manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
  • Must be based in or able to relocate to Boston, MA to work on-site.
